I've always been rather enchanted by the idea of Viktor possibly having to work closely with the older Weasleys in the Order. I think he and Charlie, particularly, might get along well. I think he, Bill and Charlie would at least talk a lot of Quidditch. Here, they have a conversation out behind The Burrow, hence the slight wonkiness of the house.
